01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "ssbett," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ssbett online betting and casino platform accessible at ssbett.net, operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ssbett platform in any capacity.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ssbett platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet through the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the ssbett Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the ssbett platform and close your account. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to ssbett is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ssbett reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the 21-year age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ssbett platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms & Conditions. ssbett does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account on ssbett, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate at all times.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on ssbett. The operation of multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. ssbett reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit the balances therein without prior notice.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ssbett is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its PAGCOR regulatory obligations and anti-money laundering compliance. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ssbett login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

ssbett strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. You agree to notify ssbett immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting [email protected].

ssbett will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any bets or transactions completed while your account credentials are being used — whether by you or by any third party who has obtained access through your negligence — will be considered valid and binding.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ssbett accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph (InstaPay), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and CLiQQ. All account transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits to your ssbett account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ssbett reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method. ssbett does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete full KYC verification.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but ssbett aims to process all withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets on the same business day where technically feasible. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI and BDO are subject to standard Philippine banking hours and inter-bank processing times.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ssbett is obligated under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to implement anti-money laundering (AML) controls. ssbett reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds involved are connected to unlawful activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ssbett may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all ssbett promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times (as specified in the individual promotion terms) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• ssbett reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ssbett are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, game, or market. General betting rules applicable platform-wide include:

• All bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended by the player after placement, except where expressly permitted by the relevant sport or game rules.
• ssbett reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity that renders the outcome unreliable.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interrupted connectivity that affects a live game or betting market, ssbett reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed prior to bet confirmation. ssbett reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• Winnings from casino games are calculated and credited based on the applicable game rules and pay tables as displayed within each game interface.
• In cases of dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the decision of ssbett's management team shall be final and binding, subject to the player's right to escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ssbett platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts or participating in any scheme involving multiple registered players acting in coordination to exploit promotions or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ssbett platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or system on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Using the ssbett platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the ssbett platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ssbett staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the performance or integrity of the ssbett platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

ssbett is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ssbett account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ssbett account.
• Session Timers: Configure automatic session duration limits that will log you out after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) to take a break from gaming.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ssbett platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game mechanics, graphics, logos, trade names, slogans, user interface designs, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ssbett or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ssbett platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ssbett content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any ssbett software.
• Use any ssbett trademark, trade name, or logo in any manner that could cause confusion or that disparages ssbett.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ssbett and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ssbett platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions or outcomes.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors beyond ssbett's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or delay in the display of sports event information, odds, or game results.

ssbett's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ssbett account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit ssbett's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ssbett collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on ssbett, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ssbett implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by ssbett

ssbett reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, violation of the one-account policy, or engagement in any prohibited activity.

13.2 Funds on Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held and will not be accessible by the player until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ssbett may forfeit the account balance in full. Where no breach is established, the balance will be returned to the player through an available withdrawal channel.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ssbett account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ssbett will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance to your verified payment method. Account closure requests cannot be processed while a withdrawal or investigation is pending.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ssbett reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the ssbett platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date indicated as the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the ssbett platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ssbett arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first contact ssbett's customer support team and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the competent regulatory authority. You may also pursue available remedies before the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
